We do our best to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, product colors, packaging, or details may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, screen display, or product updates.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Tonava reserves the right to update prices, promotions, product availability, and product information at any time without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust the affected order if necessary.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping information, or any other reason that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

All payments must be completed before an order is processed. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Express Shipping includes priority handling where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers should have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and, if shipping is delayed beyond the promised time, must notify customers and offer required options such as accepting the delay or receiving a refund. 7. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Tonava is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tonava.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for using all home, kitchen and garden products according to the intended purpose and manufacturer instructions.
Tonava is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Product availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you with options such as waiting for restock, choosing a replacement item, or receiving a refund.
14. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be limited by time, product, quantity, or customer eligibility.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
