What does Tonava sell?
Tonava offers home, kitchen, laundry and garden products — including air fryers, microwaves, blenders, coffee machines, washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, commercial displays, garden sheds and outdoor storage.
Are your products brand-new?
Yes. All products are brand-new and supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver across mainland UK, and delivery is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Larger items may be delivered by a specialist carrier who will arrange a suitable date.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tonava.com. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tonava.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a short description of the issue, and we'll put it right.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns in line with our Refund Policy. To request a return, contact us at support@tonava.com with your order number and reason for return.
